Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Block 20 and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to renting a new apartment.
