Pet Friendly Apartments in Indianapolis
At Block 20, we understand that your pet is more than just a pet, they're family. That’s why Block 20 is happy to welcome dogs and other pets along with our Indianapolis Residents. Our community does have some restrictions on breed and size*, and dogs that fall under those categories may only reside on second-floor and third-floor apartments and in all penthouses.
With those guidelines in mind, know that at Block 20 you and your dog or cat are always welcome, and we want you to feel right at home with some of our awesome pet friendly amenities:

Spacious floor plans, so you’re never in the bind of not having enough room for that pet bed or crate.

A good neighborhood. Block 20 prides itself on being one of the most vibrant and friendly neighborhoods in Indianapolis, and that goes for our four-legged Residents as well.
Bear in mind that while we’re more than happy to provide a home for pet-owners in Indianapolis, we require all pet owners to be courteous to their neighbors and clean up after their pets and adhere to any and all community guidelines.
Additional fees apply for Residents with pets. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee for pet owners, plus a $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Block 20 enforces a 2-pet max per unit, and a size and weight restriction of under 30 pounds. Dogs are allowed on the 2nd and 3rd floors and in all penthouses.
